The Public Loss Adjusting Group was founded in 1971. Our directors have worked successfully together for over 65 years of combined experience in loss adjusting, claims handling and surveying services.
In 2007, The Public Loss Adjusting Group joined forces to provide a complete claims management service to the insurance industry and policyholders. This provides the policyholder with full access to all communication between us and your insurer. This includes telephone conversation summaries, emails, meeting summaries, estimates, approvals and final costing via our claims management service.
As a Chartered CILA loss adjusting firm, Public Loss Adjusters.com are able to represent the policyholder without any alternative agenda as we do not work for the insurance company. This also avoids any conflict of interest.
Once we have been appointed, we handle all negotiations, meetings and any other matters which relate to a claim. The policyholder is only required to provide any documentation or information requested by the insurance company. We will work with you to prepare any issues and act as your authorised representative at all times to deal with the insurers and all other parties on your behalf.
